Some of his accomplishments include: · Designed all aspects of a two-day workshop that outlined the principles and fundamentals of hydraulic centrifugal pump application. · Conducted in-plant training of craft level employees in mechanical seal and pump installation, and shaft alignment procedures to ensure proper operation and maintenance of plant rotating equipment throughout North America. · Developed, designed, and prepared all training materials used in customized chemical plant, paper mill, and oil refinery training which included seal installation, pump alignment, seal piping systems and pump/seal · Trained, and certified in compliance with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM), plant craft level personnel to meet government regulatory requirements in process safety management.
